If you would like to get work done on your truck at my place this weekend reply to this post so I can let you know if I have the tools available. Let us know if you have the skills to do it yourself or if you will need some hand holding, either is ok just good to be able to plan for.

I know @Silverspool has shocks, UCAs and snorkel. @Naveronski would like to do ECGS bushing.

Also a reminder, I nor another member will do your work for you. We will happily assist and provide counsel but it's your vehicle so we assume no responsibility. If you want someone else to do it for you, pay Tandem Automotive.

As of today, it's inspected and registered so it's legal. Weather is getting cooler, so it's Supra season!

It looks like through your powers combined, we can get this done. I've googled how to do it, but have never done/seen it done in person.

I'll bring some beer and money for pizza?

Biggest hurdles we faced was getting the CV out while still connected to the hub and UCA. There's a flat spot on the CV that we put a screwdriver to and hit with a hammer to work it out of the diff. Then, I fiddled with lining up the tool in the diff for a few minutes and had to step away and let @Tundra2Play have a shot at it. He got it lined up in a few seconds. It was pretty easy, otherwise.

Wont be in town for a meet up on the 18/19th.... Guess I'll miss my first meet up since joining. I thought this weekend 4/5 had already won the last poll.

You may or may not know this but common sense is NOT common.

I may or may not bring a few things to do. I will bring hood struts and tools required to install. I may also bring my OBA wiring and see if I cant get help running the wires into the cab and sealing it up if anyone could help.

You will be to busy for first ride. You got some work to do!

The wires are the easy part. Its going through the firewall that I'm kinda lost on. I've only ever ran wires through the firewall 1 time and not really sure what the best way to seal where ever it goes through at.

Also is it ok if my pups with me? I usually only leave him behind when I have to go to stores that wont let me bring him inside with me(for now :spy:) I'll keep him out of everyone's way and clean up after him.

there is a easy way to do it just need to pick up some wire and make the "tool" and keep it in the truck for trail swap outs

Cool, I'll keep him on a leash or lead because he will get up in everyones face or climb all over them for attention regardless of what they are doing. Hes still learning manners. It hasnt been going to well so far. Atleast hes learning everything else I've been teaching him pretty easily.

Now he also doesnt like being in the truck when I'm pulling up to my buddys house and he sees his dogs. The fool tried jumping out the window of the truck last week when i was backing into his driveway. Stretched out as far as he could, turned 1/4 sideways stradling the door, left side in the truck right side outside, and then went the last 1/4 turn to get his back legs out the window. He was half hanging out scratching the side of the truck. At least he was supported by his front legs and he was in his harness. His lead has since been shortened so he cant get as far out the window now.
