Yes they do. Mines a 2000 with 01-04 flares. All the bolts on the inside of the fender hold the flare really snug to the body. Never had a problem on the highway or anything.

I would go with a beefier halogen for up top, LEDs are great for fill but struggle to throw light any real distance.

those are 55watt hid hella 500s. i think il have more than enough light with 4 7" led round lights up there. with everything else.

my retros and fogs (not mounted in pic) are sufficient most of time.

There are plenty of legit led light companies whose products throw enough distance. The diode dynamics stage series is an excellent example that is an affordable price. Vision x light cannon, baja designs high speed spot, rigid hyper spot etc. however there is ALOT of very shitty led products out there.

Those arrays he was looking at don't have a real focusing element. I realize there are some out there that do. Although Rigid is the only company in your list that I think would make a decent LED product for distance. Had bad luck with Vision X products and the Baja Designs stuff is fancy but the spot you mentioned is one of the only products with a proper focusing element in their lineup (tho their HID unit looks solid). Not sure why more of the off brand Chinese products haven't tried making a pod with a lens.

I hear ya on the ones he was looking at. I personally do prefer hid over led as I’m running hids also 6B4F2F25-1D81-4E82-98E2-29DAFA77AFB8.jpg but I have seen some impressive led products. The baja designs hi power is a good product also from what I’ve seen but but for the price I’d rather get something else like the kc carbon pods. The cannons I had that were based off the vision x were insane also. I couldn’t outrun the light in my truck

Who's wired in a 4 pin trailer light connector? I've got everything I need, but can't figure out what wires to splice into under the bed.

No the front bolts are still there. haha the rear got ripped out a while ago and was hanging down a bit. But with all the ice and snow build up on it over the last 2 days, i think it was too much. Bent the mounts so much the bolts don't hold it anymore.

    Hey there!

Bailey here with Baja Designs. I did want to chime in a little about our product line and provide some more information on our Optics or "focusing element".

All of our LED Lights feature ClearView™ Optics which are which are computer designed in-house by Baja Designs’ team of racing engineers who have first-hand knowledge of the lighting needs of all types of drivers and riders. Each optic is designed to illuminate one or more of seven specific Lighting Zones (SEE BELOW). BD’s racing engineers were the first to define these lighting zones and to design specific patterns for the lesser known cornering, dust/fog and High Speed Spot zones. BD’s Wide Cornering and Wide Driving patterns were the first HID and LED lights that offered both a horizontal cut off and a wide pattern to make the light usable in fog or dust without causing blinding back scatter and also fill the important cornering zone so the driver doesn’t feel like he is driving in a tunnel. BD’s High Speed Spot™ has revolutionized LED lighting by truly achieving the distance of an HID with the smoothness of an LED. Other patterns available are Driving, Spot, Work/Scene and Dome/Interior. Amber patterns are also available.

Zone 1 - Dust/Fog: This zone illuminates the area directly in front of the vehicle. Mounting these lights low on the bumper eliminates glare from dust and fog.

Zone 2 - Cornering: This zone provides cornering light which is necessary to drive comfortably at speed. By toeing these lights out 10°-15° a smooth field of light is achieved, eliminating the feeling of tunnel vision.

Zone 3 - Driving Combo: This zone is your primary driving light. These lights are mounted in the middle of the front bumper to avoid glare off of the hood or from dust and fog in front of the vehicle.

Zone 4 - Spot: This zone is your first level of long distance lighting. Lights intended for this zone will give you the distance needed to travel at speed. Combined with zone two lighting, a smooth transition is achieved creating less stress on your eyes.

Zone 5 - Racer Edition Spot: This zone is necessary for triple digit speeds, or wanting to see miles down the road. This is the only forward projection pattern we recommend mounting along your roofline (wider patterns can contribute to glare).

Zone 6 - Rock/Dome Lighting: This zone is used for wheel well lighting. This light is perfect for truck, jeep, buggy and UTV applications.

Zone 7 - Work/Scene: This is a true flood pattern. Excellent work light or “scene light” with an extremely smooth, round pattern. This pattern is not suitable for forward projection applications.
