Sure thing man last time I mentioned it to the woman she wanted to wait for us to do a lift or wheels before doing anything else. Lol but I want to dip the bumper caps & tacoma letters on the tailgate black. Probably debadge the rest. Maybe keep the tacoma & dip it too. I'll let you know

Not sure I miss Arizona though - the heat at least. Spent most of my life there and I can appreciate not sweating.

 

Termite treatment can be pretty efficiently done by yourself. If it's a spot treatment it's even easier. If there is a diy pest control place anywhere around you I would suggest just going in and talking to them. I can give you the name of the chemical that the pros use and you can buy it yourself and do it. An awl to punch a small hole in the wall and then a blast with some foam usually does the trick. Also, if your not an environmental freak I could give you a couple other pointers.

I don't see $32+ for this rig. With a nice bumper and snorkel and worn tires? I would probably offer $26,000 after a good inspection.
