    They're holding it in downtown. Which is cool and all. But usually special week day parades are at 10am, when people are in their office. Not when they're about to head home.

    Plus, the local ISD are canceling school today because of the parade. The same ones that missed 2 weeks due to Harvey. Tax dollars at work!
