Right now I have them mounted over a 1x4 and it works great and allows me to lock up. (False peace of mind) I would be mounting them similar on the rack so I was wondering if there was a slot or just the round holes. Thanks for the replies!IMG_0940.jpg IMG_0942.jpg

Who knows where I can find more info on this setup or something similar to it?

I'm not good at fabbing, any ideas on where I could buy something? Roof is off the table as it'll have the RTT, hitch is off as Pelfreybilt has it behind the license plate and I'd have to add and remove the hitch mount every time I drive. Interior isn't good as I have drawers and need to keep the camper shell locked.

Great, however they are a tad large. With no suspension even those were too brutal on the regular mountain bike trail and I had a flat fairly easily from stomping a jump, landing on some rocks. Would be perfect for heavy fire trails with gravel. Switched to kevlar roadbike tires and works good on the FL trails, will switch back when I go to NC

5” outer slots, remaining ones are 4”. And one lone circle in the middle.

I bridged one fork mount over two of the slots just to get a slightly better position with the bike on there..but not too far in. Lol

The end plates have holes which work great to put a locking cable thru to have further peace of mind.
Everyone with a truck at the parks love KB’s [over tonneau cover] rack, it gets more compliments than the rest of my truck does. :( lol

It's not the prettiest setup but it works for now... Thule insta-gator in a 5 ft bed. Planning on getting a camper shell in the near future so i'm thinking of better ways to haul around bikes.

I get that everywhere I go. I can't even go to the store without someone asking about the rack, then they see the toolbox in the bed and it turns into a 15 minute conversation.

They like the SCS wheels too....

Found a cargo rack (or whatever you call them) yesterday couldn't pass it up for $30! Anyone using one to haul bikes?? thinking of using it for transporting more than 1 bike while the cap is on. IMG-0593.jpg

Won a pair of free Pit Vipers at Rampage. Is it more or less douchey if they match your bike?

Cross post from what did you to to your 3rd Gen......

Its a TufRack. Bought years ago, pretty sure they're out of biz. Shame because its a nice hitch mount option that looks the part.UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_200d.jpg
