It's OK, I hear it all the time.
One guy I know bitches everytime I see him and I offer him a quarter (old payphone reference) and tell him to call someone who gives a fuck.

34 years. SNET,SBC,ATT, now THAT company.

34years in. Lineman till last year when I fucked my back, now logistics for a couple years till I hit the finish line.

 

OH FUCK. My bad man, seriously. Nothing against you personally, for real. I just get the feeling that they (customer service peeps) don't give a shit. Every time I call with a problem, I feel like they are clueless. Ever since AT&T booked outta here I've had nothing but problems, with this being the latest one.

The wife made an appointment on Monday to have the phone line fixed, becasue a tree fell on our lines and ripped them off the pole. They could only come out Wednesday. I get it, no issue there. The issue is that on Wednesday night when I got home it wasn't fixed. Called to complain, and that's where it "starts". They told me they called her. BULLSHIT. She has NO missed calls that day, and NO voicemail. Not sure why they would even need to call since the problem was clearly outside of the house.

She calls yesterday morning, to complain. They told her they would get someone out to fix it, and they would call ME when they were on the way. No call, nothing. Mid afternoon she calls them, and they told her they fixed it that morning. WTF?????????? No call, no nothing?????????? So why didn't they fix it the day before, if they went out there? Tells me they are full of shit, period. Clearly they didn't do what they said they did.

Can't speak for the lack of customer service as my end of the business didn't deal with that. They should have called.
I played with big toys,lol.
It's possible if things were knocked off poles and poles were broken, we had to wait for power co. to get their stuff back up first, then us. Didn't matter if was our pole or theirs, they go up first.
Happens during bad storms. Every utility gets swamped. I should know that after working several hurricanes and a few ice storms in my career.

 

By that time the power lines had already been fixed, and nothing wrong with the pole.

Oh well.

Yessir best year I've had by far. I'll be out tomorrow morning for sure I'll be trying for a slick head at the water co property to guarantee I get it again next year. That's a very good ??? I'm really not sure I'm thinking 2 tops the body looks bigger in the photo but the rack was pretty decent
