It's a pretty good deal with the new parts but still pricey IMO. I just sold a manual hub set up (cv's, spindles and hubs) for $375. Could have got more, but had a committed buyer right away, so got over trying to haggle with people. It's a cool mod, but wasn't a have to for me. I liked having it on my 2000, but didn't notice any power or mpg gains, so more of a wear and tear item. only problem is, most people don't have manual hub's, so if you don't have two spare CV's you're screwed if one breaks on the trail (and you want to keep wheeling) as you can't borrow one in a pinch. I just kept two spares, to be safe.

I should be able to look for a 96-00 with a j shift transfer case and swap the front axles/hubs correct/diff/tranny etc onto my 2000 correct? The only concern, which I still need to do plenty of research, is the add system.

I just kind of figured why bother at this point. I’ll still build a couple sets of stock LCA’s to see if my idea works and maybe sell those. I just haven’t had the time with school and 2 jobs

My iPhone 6s was fucked. Home button and Touch ID broken, dropped service couple times a day, and overheated so much that you couldn’t use it till it cooled down. They offered me $200 so why not. That line was dreadful though

How is it otherwise. Having a little weight isn’t a bad thing

The screen definitely looks nicer. Weird not having a phone button but I think once you get used to the new interface of how everything works, it’s goong to be much easier. Used the camera real quick to see how it is and both front facing and regular cameras are really good

Heavy, but not too heavy. Switched the aluminum to stainless. I like the weight, different but good.

I jammed my home button into a boat anchor last summer and ever since then, my phone was pretty much a lost cause. If that hadn’t happened, I’d still have that phone. I’ll keep this thing till it’s dead, especially since I purchased it outright. $1200. Sucks
