Okay then, maybe the bumper cover and hood are both misaligned then. :notsure:

Nice front end, anyway. Color match looks great.

It would be difficult to mount one of these wrong, at least on my 2014..

Thank you. It helps to know what the part is called. Is it separate from the grill or are they all one piece?

Their site says they do not ship body parts. I’m assuming this is a body part.

One piece. Can be separated but it’s tricky, a lot of tabs that have to be released at the same time.

After going thru this thread, I decided to call the dealer I bought the truck from and ordered one. Spendy little item. The color is actually Pyrite Mica.

They wanted $220 to install it, so I’m going to try an install it myself, even tho I detest that kind of work, for $220 it’s worth a shot if we can get a day without rain.

It is a *really* easy install. Plenty of how-tos on here. Probably a 15 minute job if you are really slow about it.

15 ,minute job? The dealer wanted to charge 2 hours at $110.hr. I just went out and looked and it looks like there are only 3 of those tabs at the bottom of the surround. Is that all there is besides the two bolts or screws at the top?

I’ve seen photos and tried searching for a how to on this, but came up with nothing.

Two "bolts" at the top, but they have Philips head slots in the center of them so you don't really even need to get out a wrench. There are also two of those plastic pop-up fasteners there - the kind you can pry the center up carefully with a slot head and then they release. After that it is just the tabs. As I recall that is the fussiest part because I think there are more than you expect at first and of course they keep re-catching as you try to release the others! It is stupidly easy. Good idea to skip the dealer charge - that is ridiculous!

EDIT: Noticing I'm a 2015 and you are a 2011. So yours might be slightly different as the front end changed in 2012. Anyway, it is all told just a few fasteners and tabs and really easy.

You could literally swap it out in 30 seconds, if you've done one before.

I'm surprised the vultures haven't been trying to buy your 2011 grille.

Changing the grille involves removing 2 screws and two pop out plugs and pulling straight up...

Did you buy the whole grille or just the surround? If just the surround it's a little trickier.
