Welcome! This is the place to be!
    Already done it.
Not napping, converting effort to payment. Transaction completed, and now time to go some unpaid work.

I'd just paint dip it, it's like 6$ a can and stays pretty good with 5-6 coats. Way cheaper than end caps I'm sure

Cool. Thanks for chipping in on this. I was thinking that too but just wasn't sure how it would look with the rest of the bumper. My truck is black too so I'm thinking it will look just fine. It would be around $400 to have them replaced and painted though.

Personally I'd sand it down real good, clean it wth acid then hit it with a good coat of primer then a can of Berliner. $25-30 all said and done and will last a lot better than plasti dip

Where did you find that and how much? BTW, I love what you did with your truck. I'm also a huge Captain America fan amd have been since I was a kid.

Not sure yet, my brother texted me a picture of it from Abilene. Now that I know it exists, though, I’m hitting Specs the next time I’m over in that direction.

As for the truck, there are a ton of little details in my (meager) build thread. I’ve gone nuts. My office is the same way. Had the nickname since I was a kid because of my real name. Lots of jokes made, I owned them, flipped them, and now it’s reached epic proportions. You’ll get it if you make it to a Tacos and Tacos with us.

Thera a few of yall in this group also, the ones that come in late, dragging ass.
Don't complain if you get cold Tacos or don't get to park in the lineup.

    :stirthepot: It takes all sorts.

Well fellows, it's time to get off work and go home. 16 hours is long enough.
Luckily tomorrow is my late day. I don't start work until 06:00.

The thing for us is the lineup. Keeping all the trucks together in prime real estate, getting the “kitchen” set up in the corner, and the looks on the other folks faces when they walk by smelling bacon and knowing that only WE are enjoying it!!

    MUAHAHAHAHA!
