Thinking about selling my Tacoma and my Camry and replacing them with 2 04-06 Lexus GX’s and 06 Tundra. It would be nice to have the same engine to work on in all three vehicles.

 

What other vehicles do you have with a 4.7?

 

Those tundras in that model year have bulletproof engines. If I could find one with low miles and good condition I’d want one.

I am loving the GX470. The wife loves them.

The 4.7 is a tough engine.

 

Heck. Low miles of them is anything less than 150k. Looking around online I have found a few between $6-7k in that mile range with just a few body blemishes.

 

But you said all three vehicles. Which is the third with a 4.7? You only named the Lexus and the tundra. I too want to trade in for an 06 tundra btw. We could be twinsies

Hey everyone. Name is JP and I live in Vegas. Moving out there to Houston. Any good trails close to town. Out here u can pretty much go anywhere with out problems. I know it’s humid AF. But that’s about all I know about the area. Hope to get know u all. Do u guys have to have front plates on it trucks?

There's some wheeling parks in the general area north of Houston and some others in the hill country a few hours away.

The law states you need a front plate but it's rarely enforced.
