I missed my opportunity today to get my 2nd Gen in there to have three Gen's all together. I didn't see them until a couple cars moved.

 

Gonna have an 18 hour day today started at 4 am likely 3 hours from being done damnnn

 

I feel your pain. I'm not too far off from you, although I started a couple hours later. 6:30 start and still a few hours from being done.

Are you going to be taking a break from riding (I mean you kind of have to due to the weather + your injury) or are you itching to get back on the bike?

Nah, she doesn't need that. The new 2.5L 4cyl has more than enough power for her

 

Lol 300 hp makes a sweet mom mobile tho... it has a pretty aggressive tune I’ve heard.
2.5 is a goodmotor tho lots of history behind the design

 

The 2.5L is all new with port and direct injection as well as high compression ratio to make it more efficient. Plus it has a 8 speed auto, all to get it to a EPA rating of 39 MPG's hwy

 

She might have some pictures on her computer of it still. I can scrounge and if I find any I can send them to you. I'll get the name of the guy she traded it to from her, too.

Frigging perfect day for hunting out there today, sunny, still, and brisk. And I'm stuck in the office.

At least I've got Irish in my coffee...

 

Congrats Rob and wife! When are the mods coming in?

 

No real mods. I made them throw in the Toyota winter mats (they're not Weathertechs or Huskys but they are good enough). Looking at work to get a set of 17" wheels (came with 18s) to mount some Nokian WR's on to run in the winter. Maybe come spring time tint the windows and put Weathertech window deflectors. But that's it! The car is so nice looking to start with, I don't want to mess with it
