Makes a bit more sense now. I was judging by the pic of the wheel alone.

Thanks man. Those Rokblokz are cool but seem a little pricey.

It's a combination of the wheel and the tire. Ridge Grapplers on the Ray 10s at well above highway speeds I won't post or condone anyone doing are smooth as silk.

They're Plasticolor mud flaps, only $20 a pair. They just look like Rokblokz.

I was JUST wondering about this!!

Crazy thing is I may or may not have just picked up some 17" Brushed Copper Ray 10s thinking it was the darker bronze color. They'll arrive this week and I'm starting to worry I won't like that lighter color on my truck. My heart has been set on the dark bronze since day one but I won't know until they get here. Soooooooooo possible trade/sell opportunity if someone is looking for the elusive Brushed Copper Ray 10s. :D

Those Gold are even more elusive than my Copper. They look great on black, green, tan and blue. Not so sure about red, orange, white or grey.

Although, Gold wheels, FUGEDABOUDIT! Those bitches will look awesome on any color.

If I was a fan of gold I might agree with you. From the photos I've seen the brushed copper is pretty damn close to gold. It looks more yellow than copper (orange). Different in person?

That's a lighter blue though. If I had the speedway blue color I'd totally agree. The dark royal blue looks sexy as f*** with the bronze!!

But who knows, maybe it really will look good. I haven't seen those coppers on a blue tacoma yet.

Everyone confuses mine for Gold but there is a huge difference. It depends on the lighting. The Gold are definitely more yellow. I have seen pics of the Matt Bronze in the sun and they almost look copper.

Look at mine in these shots with no sun on them. Then look at that add for the Gold version. Or go to the SCS website and look at the black Taco with the Gold version.20170727_201201.jpg 20170826_193136.jpg 20170921_195040.jpg photos.

Im normally not a fan of anything gold, but the copper and gold have a slight change in color depending on the light on them. After seeing the gold in person, man no question for me about throwing them on. Don't get me wrong though that copper color is arguably just as good. For a dark color like mine being Barcelona red, I need something lighter in wheel color or else the wheels would blend in too much.
