Had a 2016 Z71 Duramax great mileage but after 20 thousand miles it started to have issues.problems with the def,had to have the tank dropped and lines replaced. The AC had problems freezing up (a know problem) And more rattles that I could count.I had it for a year and it had 23 k on it and I just couldn’t take it anymore and went back to the taco.

I have the rattles and same truck. No issue otherwise. What about the daily driving between the trucks as far as pros and cons

I know, not very helpful post, but, if you look at the rear bumper from the side, it doesn't even look like it was designed for that truck?

I agree the Colorado is ugly. I can see the new Ranger being ugly too. I think that the Jeep Scrambler will be a nice looking Truck.

I don't know about that.. I have always had Ford trucks, my Taco is the first non Ford. My last was a 2003 7.3 SD. Ford knows how to do trucks. The new Ranger should be a hit.

I was really hoping for more daily driving between the two as far as handling and power train and comfort.

I didn't say they won't sell. I just think that it won't be the best looking Truck. They sell lots of F-150's and they aren't the best looking Fullsize.

As far as a daily driver, I find the Taco to be very comfortable, and my longest road trip was 1000 mi round trip. I am 6'4" too. My Sport seats are more comfy than our Avalon. Avalon has terrible seats after a while, very hard.

I too would like to hear how the handling, power train and comfort compare. ~30mpg highway for the diesel is pretty attractive!

Curious, what do you feel is the best looking full size?

The Ram is better looking, The Sierra is better looking, The Silverado is better looking. The F-150 is on par with the Tundra as far as looks.

Well, I'd say the GM's have been really hit or miss since the 90s on looks. Ram never changes, Nissan is irrelevant. Ford has been the most commonly decent looking truck. I think they do just fine. If the ranger looks euro version, it won't be fine at all. That thing is ugly.

Ford does sell a lot of Trucks. Out of all the Truck manufacturers they put the most R&D and Marketing money into their Trucks.

Same here. The F-150 keeps getting better looking. And, I only say that about very few vehicles.

Do you actually think that the F-150 is the best looking Fullsize?

Forgot the tundra somehow. Tundra is the best looking.
