If your wheels are 9 inches wide that may be the issue. The only solution may be to get narrower wheels (8 inch) or trim. Your caster is good at 2.4.

Went and checked wheel size. They are 8 inch with zero off-set. A8331FEE-139F-4F80-B354-F422515420F5.jpg1

    There you go then.
Those stick out 1.25"-1.5"; probably rubbing on the cabmount.:sawzall::welder:

Caster spec is dependent on tire size, not lift. The 3+ spec that gets pushed here is the easy way to clear tires. The correct way is to set your caster for tire size and cut out shit that gets in the way. Otherwise, enjoy the bumpsteer.

Finally found the rubbing issue. Here is a photo. I am guessing trimming is the next step. DFE47299-2301-44C2-A543-F2A5298DBE6C.jpg

Take a sharp razor knife to the fender liner and a heat gun to push it back.
The cab mount is not as easy. Look into the cab mount chop.

Well after my local shop scheduled an appointment then when I arrived said they could not work me in, I decided to do myself. I used an angle grinder to cut down the Cab mount and drimel to cut plastic. I followed up with a heat gun to flatten the remaining plastic. I will eventually weld a cover over the chopped area, but for now just painted it. All is fixed. No more rubbing. I also greased my upper control arms. This quited the front end nicely. Now very happy with my truck.

make sure you have right lug nuts for those as they are not hub centric wheels

I have 265/70/17 KO2 17x9 -12mm with the ToyTec Boss 2.0 and have no issues, something does not add up with that set up. Good Luck

Thanks for the reminder. Have the right lug nuts but also having them install the bore spacer on next rotation. Not pushing super hard right now but would like the added benifit of the spacer.

I have Icon with 285/70/17 and it doesn't rub anything.
