Yes you do. Technically even more points cause it would be like a 2 story penthouse. Most of us only have the penthouse without the bottom floor sleeping quarters

I'm tired of it. I'm starting to look for another job. I'm a manufacturing technician. So if you guys know anyone looking for techs on day shift let me know. I've watched my son grow up and have missed too much. It's time to make a change.

So I've been putting off the minor detail that half my shit is still in Pennsylvania... anyone have any good moving services they've worked with before? I've heard good and bad things about PODS, dunno if they're the way to go or just plain old school "moving company" is still the least hassle.

Anyone else put Vision X dura mini ditch lights in their 3rd gen yet? Having some install troubles.

    (They look nice though!)

I know I don't have anything to control them just yet but I've had 2 issues... first is the washers are way too small for my ditch lights- that's an easy one! I'll drop by a hardware store later.

Second, though, how fracking short are the pigtails off other brands like Rigid or Baja? These measure in at about 8 inches and they are SO SHORT. I can't for the life of me figure out a way to put them in that makes sense, at least on the passenger's side where you are having to cooperate with the windshield squirter hoses. It seems like the best way is to tuck them under the gasket for the windshield to get them into the hood hinge area, but even that seems REALLY low on slack for the passenger side.:frusty:

/also as an aside, does anyone use any sort of security fasteners on theirs?? It just seems like a target for theft. Maybe not Vision X'es especially but definitely Rigids and Bajas...

I just put rigid d2's on mine and the pig tail harness was about 10" long. It still made it a pain in the ass to figure out where to run the wires without pinching them in the hood hinge. You end up having the wire pinched between the hood and the rubber weatherstrip. I don't think there's much else you can do without drilling a hole in the cowl area.
I've been thinking of buying some security hardware for mine also.

    Workin' on it....
When my wife and I moved to Arizona we went through ABF freight. We had them drop off a 28 foot pup trailer. We loaded it, they picked it up and drove it to Arizona, we unloaded it, they picked it up again. $2400.

@GROOT5252 has my puller. He mentioned he was going to install on 11/18. If you can work it out with him, you're more than welcome to it. For the install tool, probably AutoZone to rent a set of bearing drivers or Harbor freight and pick up a set.

MT stuff, RTT stuff, the usual.
I’ve used pods locally and from Cali to here multiple times for family members. Never really had an issue. Would probably be my first choice in the future.
