You responded with pretty much what I was gonna say in response to your first post. Just was gonna add that usually every team has that one game they get by with that shouldn’t have been close. If that was ours I’m good with that.

If we drop to number 2 it’s not that big a deal to me. Although the fact we were at 1 already fuels Sabans fire to add the motivation against us. Only reason I’d want to remain 1st is if we only have the one loss being to Bama to help us have a shot to stay in the playoff. But pretty much figure we need to beat them though.

 

You or I could throw for 500 yards against a Big 12 defense.





Also, the announcer on FS1 makes me want to murder a puppy the way he over sells every damn play.

Well, I was not far off. 24 - 10 with it being tight through 3 quarters. Georgia just had too much talent with too much experience for USC. That being said, the guts the USC defense showed was tremendous and the offense showed some flashes of good things to come. Hopefully USC can regroup for FL next week.
