    If Im being honest it has been a whatever experience so far. I need an ecu that wasnt trd flashed, I need to change my plugs.

    We will see if that helps.

    It runs the truck alot better and smooth in the low rpm which is awesome, but so far it doesnt blow me away. Honestly didnt feel much of a bump in power. Hopefully with logging more data and getting a new ecu it will be awesome.

    I thought it would really benefit best with the S/C with TRD reflash....so if you get a new ecu, what flash are you gonna go with ? Bully dog??

    Let me explain, Others have got ecu’s that have NOT been flashed. Something about them makes it better for tuning w/ucon

    I will still be using the ucon, and I will never take the cam gears out of that truck so the ucon is here to stay.

    Yes and no, me and my girlfriend did it and it took us a full day along with the thermostat. Not hard just takes alot of time and I went slow to ensure I dont fuck it up. Getting the old ones off was hard, im only ~175lb so I was struggling a bit :anonymous:

    Overall I was nervous about it big time. Turned out not to be a big deal

    My work schedule was crazy busy and I WAS EXCITED. So I put it on even though I hadnt gotten plugs. The day before I searched around locally in alberta and couldnt find any so I said fuck it and ill change them when I have more time like I do now :bananadance:

    So the cam gears, UCON, etc.. kit from URD is compatible with the 2012-15 Tacoma’s?
    I had always thought they were for 05-11 only as URD had not listed them as a product when selecting a 2012-15 tacoma as your vehicle...
