I didn't get the Windoors. I got just the base model V-series the only thing I added was the front slider. It cost $1480 and I got a 10% discount off of that through my business.

Oh gotcha. I may have misread your post. You get headliner? Think there is a coupon some free stuff this month.
    Thanks for the reply.

No worries I had said I had the same one, I just didn't break down details. Nope no liner I might need to look into that.

I agree after looking at the bed this morning and noticing that if I were to remove the plastic side covers, the side rails would be lower than the forward most wall of the bed. Which would make the cap sit uneven.

Thanks! That's my pride and joy. My Grandfather bought it new in 72 and I can remember riding around back in the day. Some of my best memories of my childhood were that car as a rocket ship, race car, police chases, whatever back in the Grandparents garage. I've spent the last couple years getting it back on the road. My long term goals are still a long way off, but it sure is fun on the weekends.

Leave them on. But I have heard that it's probably a good idea to take them off, silicone seal underneath them, and put them back on.

This is what I'm about to make my installer do, and I wish I would have done before I dropped it off for install.

Good idea with the silicone under. Have you had any leakage issues coming from under the plastic caps?

I had a small amount of water I noticed up under the cap above the wheel wells but I'm not sure if the headliner was just wicking the water that direction. Either way, better safe than sorry.

New snug sport hiliner with yaks. Installed about 2 weeks ago. So far so good. A little dribble on the inside but that was after a serious monsoon down pour over the weekend.

I like that version Snugtop also. Actually makes a lot of sense for using your truck for long distance off road trips.. I was in Seattle on Friday last week and fly back to Denver in time to miss that big rain storm the Northwest just had.

Do you keep the basket on the cab all the time? If so could you mind taking a side shot of your truck? I'm getting a midrise topper and have a cab thule roof rack. Also have an thule basket in storage (old playpen model I think). Photo would help if its not a pita. TIA

Here’s the cost breakdown, you can add it up to get a total. Price at bottom is leftover after deposit. Bought from AA toppers in Lakewood.
