No offense but I think only buyers with serious interest should post on these kinds of threads.

 

I am serious - unfortunately I don't live where I can make the pick up (I am 1500 miles away). Pretty sure any serious buyer in position for pick up will jump on this deal, and not make a low-ball offer.
