    Wrecks @ 132 , 134, and 135 mile markers on 65. Truck drivers pissed because cars on the road. They somehow believe it's their highway.

    Who has bushwacker flairs on a 2nd gen? Tell me about em. How much (if any) extra wheel clearance do you gain? How much fender cutting?

    I believe I read that you gain an extra inch and a half to two with them.
    Edit: I believe they have to be trimmed more in the rear of the wheel well compared to the front for clearance

    33"'s clear by a mile as it is. I bought new rims (17"...) for next set of tires. I was thinking 34"'s (285/75r17) Figured what the hell....Might as well do 35"'s. That was the plan eventually. Might as well do it sooner rather than later. Already geared....will be doing front locker in the spring. As soon as the 285/75r16's are worn enough to warrant replacing, this may happen. 29K miles on 'em already. Also have a perspective buyer.

    This would be 3rd Toyota with 35s or bigger. Had no issues with previous 2.. And they were anemic little 4-bangers. One had 38s. So...not uncharted territory.

    By the time I manage to pull off the tire swap, they'll be pretty much worn out I'd expect. I need to buy flairs, swap them, buy new tires and get them mounted, and that's after a list of other things I'm buying....So about 2K in the future BEFORE I start buying tires. If there's anything left to sell, I'll give you first shot. But it'll be a while.

    Soon to be;

    A buddy just picked up a 2017 Sport. He's ordering f & r shocks' coils, leaf pack, f & r bumpers, winch, led lights, and tires/wheels. Offered me $1000 to install..

    Time to clean out the garage!

    My mod fund is currently sitting @ $2100. Got about $4700 to go on my wish list. This will help. I'd like to actually finish the build before I wear out the truck!
