Oh yeah, looked there about 9 years ago. I spend quite a bit of time in Moss Creek though.

I like it. My 3 year old son will have to walk about 500 feet when he starts school at Patriots Elementry. We have a bitchin pool and clubhouse here as well. Nothing else around us and I have nothing but woods behind me. I could deer hunt from my back deck.

Well the good thing is that the area right behind me can not be developed. Rocky River is right behind my house.

 

You can do it cheaper, but I think I have like $800 tied up in mine...but the output at night is totally worth it, especially since I have poor night vision.

 

awesome, great spot then. we back up to woods as well, wetland type stuff, same idea. little bit of privacy goes along way
