    This oyster talk is killing me. I'm jonesing for some oysters. Here's a picture I took in the sping of a crawfish boil I did. At the end of the table are some oysters from NC that blew my mind. I can't remember the specific name, but they were so great and briney.

    I’m now in the shock servicing business...not by choice, but by necessity. I can now rebuild, revalve, recharge, rewhatever. If any of you weenies want to use the spring compressor because you’re scared of the auto store widowmaker loaners, it’s available. Just got to make the drive down to the HHI area or wait until I move upstate in the near future.
