Sorry. Yes you’re correct. 96 is rated for constant 660lb. So is it a bad move to add a leaf to the 095R? Should I just go with the 096R? Seems like I’m right on the border of 095 and 096. I just want to to ride even and not look low in the rear like it does stock. Seems like if I’m going with the OME 2” lift I might need the extra support in the rear to maintain any height. Also needs feel good off-road obvs.

You’ll want to go with the 96R. The 95R will probably give only 1.5” lift max with that load.

Sorry, just reread your original post. The way I understand it adding the leaf to the 95 will net you a 96.
I agree with this from all my research on these new leaf packs.

After install of your lift the front and rear will break in and settle down. Going with 2" lift in the front and the 96 in back you "should" get what you're looking for. If not you're not satisfied with the ride height after settling you have the option to add the leaf to the 96 to get you back up.

Thanks. Super good advice here. I know this is probably obvious but for those who might be unsure like me, the 96R pack is the same as adding a leaf to the 95R. I called ARB before seeing your response and they also recommended the 96R with my canopy setup. Just brought it in.... I’ll post photos and results later.

So this is after lift? Wow, that was super fast if so. Your truck looks great, you gotta be happy with that. So... how's your ride?

    Truck has a great stance!

Yup. All set. I was researching till very last minute. Thanks again. Looks and rides great so far. I’ll be taking it off road this weekend to get a full feel. It’s sitting pretty high in the rear but looks good still. If it settles like everyone says it does it’ll probably be perfect. Definitely a little road noise from the KO2s but I haven’t been on the highway yet. We’ll see.

The rear looks absolutely perfect to me. Tacomas (subjective) at level still look low in the rear. You have got to be a very happy camper. I hope it never settles back there. Please let us know what you think after you put it through your test this weekend.

    Any vibes?

I tow a small 18ft boat about 2-3 times a month and I haven't noticed any sagging from when they were initially installed

@uncle_joe @djthicks how much lift did you get from the 96's.

I hope you measured before...Just cause you need to know. And inquirering minds want to know. These packs are fairly new and there's not a lot of data out there yet.
    Thanks!

How did you make out with this? I’m in the same boat with a leer. I’m putting in the 95 Dakar’s this weekend, also have a AAL just in case.

Great. I went with the 96R pack. It sits higher in the back than stock which is good since Tacoma’s tend to look low in the rear at level. Not too stiff in my opinion. Had it up to 85 mph and no vibes. Handled great on a 30 mile windy gravel and mud road with potholes yesterday. Only issue now is mud and rock splash due to the K02s and wider stance. I’m researching mud flap options now. Seems a lot of people like Rokblokz. Overall really happy so far with the new setup.

Still have yet to decide. I've been leaning more and more towards the lighter EL095R packs lately. I'm thinking with all the extra weight, that they'll settle quite a bit, but I'm thinking i'll eventually have to remove a leaf if I have too much lift or add one if it settles too much. I have yet to find a replacement leaf pack that can support 500lbs constant load with only 1.5 inches of lift. It seems they're all way more than that..
