    I know... Must be too much asbestos to tear down without a massive clean up crew. Might as well just wait till a big storm to do the work for them! I think MUSC owns that one on the point.

    They used it all the way up until last tear. I thought it had been condemned since i moved here, but apparently 2 people still worked in there. It was pretty rough looking.
