Just watched a firestone tech knock a lower control arm off a car on the lift right onto the cars wheel below. Doubt he will say anything to the customer but it had to make a dent. Really makes me question abandoning my lifetime warranties.

Did you not read the links i posted about Firestone. Mutible locations had 20 plus charges against them and all of the cali locations are on probation. San Rafael i think was the worste with 2 yrs probation.

I usually knock them on to my toes. And I say a lot real loud to anything that can hear within three miles.

More shit then I ever planned on doing
Was trying to explain to an apprentice last week that we don’t work in inches. Inches are for for whores and carpenters. Everything we do is in engineers scale. He just didn’t get it. Finally Had to pull a bunch of change out of my pocket and show him that if he could count change he could count in tenths.

Is anyone in here good with appliances? POS Frigidaire refrigerators specifically? Thinking I have a thermostat issue but would love to confirm with someone who actually knows something about refrigerators, unlike myself

Symptoms? I just did some maintenance on mine. It was acting up.

Mostly dusty condenser coils/fan and an iced over evaporator fan. Runs like a champ again.

    Refrigerator is freezing everything.

Removed my whole control assembly. The freezer thermostat jingles when shaken.

I bought a grizzly and two other big ice boxes. Now they're stacked in the living room and still have beer and soda in them. All drinkable.

I think it's an ice box addiction!
