I have been going back and forth between stouts/porters and IPAs

 

Wife gas been trying the Goses lately, one she really liked was Black Hog Straweberry Gose.

 

I haven't seen many around here. My favorite so far is Rittergut's Gose. Victory's Kirsch Gose is good. Dogfish Head's Sea Quench is also good, though more of a sour than a gose.

 

All this salary talk is making me nervous.

Doubt I get anywhere close to it but interviewed for a supervisor job at work last week. Salary. Just have a feeling they already know what direction they're going. If it somehow gets thrown out, I know they're trying to get the newbies on the low side of the range (50-80k). With my experience of 17 yrs there and 10 of management in non-profit organizations I don't plan to take less than the middle of the range....any general thought?

This is a buddy of mine, just realized he is selling it. After talking with him, he would rather fix it, any leads on a t-case.

 

Diff is out and on its way to a new owner!

 

Too bad he didnt need one like 3 months ago! I can probably get one though. What trans does he have?

 

@mach1man001 can you get the plastic add box from the front diff of an 04 tacoma?

 

I know it's an automatic 4x4.

 

Let me ask my buddy, he hoards 3rd gen T4Rs and 1st gen Tacomas

 

Cool, I'm going to try to convince him we can fix this. Then I'll convince myself.

 

Or bring it down and me and my buddy will fix it

Sounds good. Since its push button 4wd it might be an electrical/electronic issue
