This is the fourth time in two weeks i have brought back my truck for alignment after having 5100's and BFG's installed. And this is the fourth time i have brought my truck home pulling hard to the right and feeling like one or all of my tires are octagon rather than round. He said he got it as close to the spec's i wanted (i wanted Toe: 0, Camber: 0, Caster: 2.4 -- I have LR UCA's and he still can not come close on the caster numbers) This is what I got after receiving a phone call saying that "my trucks alignment is now PERFECT":

Does anyone know if a GOOD alignment shop in the Glendale, CA area where I can get a decent alignment and balancing? Thank you. I really want to put this nightmare to rest.

Your caster is too high! this will give you bump steer. good alignment shops are hard to find man! i've spent hundreds trying to find a decent shop here in kentucky! good luck!

Actually, Low Caster gives Bump steer. Looking at the numbers, his truck should drive nice and straight. His Caster is High, but that should make it track nice.

True. I had a couple 'wasted' alignments and ended up asking a few local 4x shops who they use after they install lifts/custom work. 2 of the shops spoke highly of the same place, I went there, they took 2hrs on it and got it perfect.

I have no idea why so many shops claim they do alignments and then just make your problems differnt instead of fixed. Go find one with a bunch of lifted rigs in the parkinglot and I bet they'll know what to do.

you sure its not natural road crown pull? a drift to the right is normal.

... to a point, a good alignment should have a bit of compensation for road crown.

if you want that then add some camber on the right side and take some off the left. that would compensate road crown but now you sacrifice some camber wear on the tires.

even new cars will drift right which is normal.

this is not a drift, it is a hard pull. I need to hold the steering wheel to the left in order to go straight.

Well if you hold the wheel left to go straight that means they didn't center the wheel straight when adjusting front toe. all the angles on the report look good though.

You could have them set the Left Caster at 3.8*, and the Right at 4.0*. That would help with the pull a little bit.

I have many years of experience doing front end alignments. Looking at the specs you listed the only thing I see wrong is that you should have some toe-in. Right now your total toe is reading 0, I would recommend 1/8 inches total toe to start. Running 0 toe will often cause a vehicle to wander around on the road, but generally won't cause a pull. Caster and camber specs look good enough to me, not to cause a pull, unless the road is severely crowned, then it is the road, not the truck.
It sounds like your problem may likely be a separated RF tire. Before messing any more with alignment I suggest swapping your tires front to rear to see if it changes. Or even swap the fronts side to side and see if it pulls to the left instead of right. I have seen this many times over the years, that the tire looks fine but the belts are separated inside and cause a pull and bounce.

He's right! Driving with 0 toe will cause the tires to toe out with the tire drag, having bad tie rod ends will also add to the problem. You have new tires and you dont have bad tie rod ends try having them set the toe in 0.03 to 0.04 each side. You should be fine.

Did you set your LR UCA's to 0 caster before doing the alignment? Have them adjust only the OEM side at the LCA.
