What all can I change, and what products (names and product numbers) should I use?

    getting there....
change the motor oil, transfer case, both diffs....and if you really want to, you can go as far as changing the brake fluid and power steering fluid over to syn. too. mobil1 and royal purple are good and you can get them locally......amsoil is good too, along with redline.

spark plugs and wires.....stick with denso or ngk plugs.

just remember....transmission fluid may be the type t-iv....only from toyota. you'll need to stick with this if this is what your tranny calls for.

for the engine oil.......5.5 quarts with the 3.4 v6.....and we used mobil1 5w30, for the diffs and transfer case....mobil1 75w90, rear diff was about 3 quarts, front diff was a little over 1 quart, and the transfer case was a little over 1 quart....get 6 quarts to be sure you have plenty, then you'll have some left over if needed. on the transmission fluid.....toyota type t-iv, and it was about 4 to 5 quarts....just depends on how much drains out. buy about 6 quarts to be on the safe side(you can come out cheaper buying a case of the toyota tranny fluid...just a heads up).

anything else i can answer...just ask.:)
