No... I’m still on point at 11.5 WOT and 14.9 idle

I am also. I feel like Magnuson placed small mechanical nannies to hold back the blower from it's full potential, and it is my mission to find them.

AFR does not change with this mod. Only overall vacuum and vacuum consistency, as it is no longer being restricted.

14.9? You are lean... You want 14.7.

There is something about boost referencing the injectors proper AFR or not that makes all the difference and I'm not the only one saying that either so I know it is not placebo.

This morning at a cool 46* @ sea level out this thing pulled the absolute hardest it has ever at 10 PSI. It actually surprised me!

I swear im running leaner non boost referenced. I never needed to reference before.

Is this causing the bypass to close faster thus causing my truck to see boost while further in closed loop?

Ive always hated the closed loop 14.7 pushing partial boost.

I'm at 14.8/14.9 idle. I figure the gauge has that much room + we all have ethanol now which just screws up all sorts of things.

Are you running smaller than 2.7? I seem to remember that. How much boost do you have?

IIRC based upon RPMs the "optimal" gearing for 33" is 4.30, which until recently, have been unavailable for the front. I think Yukon makes a 4.30 set now.

I've been toying with the idea of regearing, but 3.73 gears do not feel terribly sluggish, even with an armored front bumper and 33's...

...and I'm still on my quest to remain alive (i.e. not murdered).

It is possible you are running leaner without boost reference.

The jet mod allows the bypass to open and close as fast as a throttle body is capable of doing. In saying that the bypass can allow boost as fast or as slow as you throttle the vehicle, so you may see boost coming on faster now because of the free movement available to the bypass.

One interesting tidbit to add is thst in the time I have been boost referenced, which has been a while, my AFR has always been a nice stable 14.7. Before I was bouncing between 14.65 - 14.8 AFR myself.

14.9 and 14.8 is lean. You want to see 14.65 or 14.75 at most honestly.

Yes optimal would be to go with 4.33's as that is the closest to getting you back to a stock ratio. But why spend the time and money to go back to stock? You don't have a blower and bigger tires because you wanted better mpg's do you?

    Hence the quotations around optimal.

Though at 12mpg, the thought has crossed my mind.

Hard to keep track of boost issues and now gearing/ tire issues. But it seems just rigging up a good leaf blower into the current setup would give me what I'm after? Hahaha. I think I'm gonna pull the lever and order the quick change set up as well as the pulley install tool and snout cutter from urd along with the 320 pump.kit and one of ovtuners hand held tuners. If you other guys in the phx area are not in a big hurry I'd be happy to pass on those 2 tools when I'm done. I'm curious what you all would guess I'd see with a 2.6 pulley vs the 2.7 here at 6500' vs the 1500 in PHX with my trd catback, urd headers and afe Cai and projected hp between those 2 pulley sizes from the current 2.85?

I have fox 2.5 adjustable CO w/ resi (set to 2.5") (MT). it will require some cab mount chopping but thats normal. I relocated my cab mounts bc the nitto 35's are a "true" 35 (slightly larger brand new) and with the sway bar gone and the suspension up front, I was hitting in full turn with the susp compressed (dirt tracks). People with BFGs/Toyo/etc 35s are just fine with the CMC on 2.5" susp lift.

Mpg's will go up with gears provided you drive like a normal person. I think I gained about 1.5 when I did mine. I average about 14-14.5 daily driving with the 4.56's, 35's, 2.85 pulley and urd tcai intake. And plus about 6-700lbs of steel armor and an air dam of a front bumper.
