New to Tacos and TW

    I've been lurking here for about a month. TW solidified my desire for a Tacoma so I bought one. Picked up my taco about 2 weeks ago now and I love it! Im the second owner, the first was an old man who babied it (lucky). I've been in the Army for over 8 years, been stationed in CO, AK, Germany and now MO.



    I've already done a few easy things:
    • When I bought it the previous owner had a backup beeper on it, so I removed that.:rofl:
    • Removed the side steps (making room for some sliders-hopefully sooner than later).
    • Removed the gaudy wheel covers.
    • Plasti-dipped the front grill, I hate chrome, about to do that back bumper as well.



    First mods I'm looking into (other than the cheap/easy stuff):
    • Bilstein 5100s all around w/OME 887s upfront, still unsure about the rear springs.
    • Rock sliders -liking the CBI with kickout.
    • Also undecided 265/75 r16 or 255/85 r16.

    Welcome aboard! Looking great so far! I'm also not a fan of chrome so i dig the changes you've made thus far. Be wary though.. once you start making changes, the mod bug takes ahold of you.. :thumbsup:
