2002 Tundra --> 2018 Tacoma ?

I have a 2002 Tundra with 90,000 miles and have decided to replace. Since the 02 Tundra is the same size as the 18 Tacoma that is where I am starting. Newbie questions?
1) when will inventory be at dealers and/or when can an order be placed
2) from reading posted specs it looks like black leather was added to the 18 limited line, correct?
3) how does one figure out how wide the Tacoma is with the mirrors out?

Would love to see the Tundra...

Since I own the last Tacoma I'll ever need to buy, I'm not up on your actual questions but I imagine you can take dimension information from the 2017 model and it will be the same for the 2018. It is the same generation.
