    I'm replacing the chromos that I already have.
    I didn't coat them and they have some surface rust.
    Gonna coat these new ones before I install, clean up the old ones and use them for spares or sell them.

    As a general rule I like to use relays on anything over 10amps. On lower amperage loads it's easier to switch them with the Bussmann boxes on a relay, because it's probably already wired to the cab. I like to keep the fused only leads for stuff like a CB that has its own power switch.

    amp = watt / volt

    So I think I’m covered since this is what I’m running.

    • 12 position terminal block for accessory attachment
    • 6 Bosch style cube style relays (SPST 40amp) (plug-in style)
    • 6 ATO style automotive fuses 3 15 amp and 3 30 amp supplied
    • 6 Diodes to protect sensitive accessories such as LED lights from "field collapse"
    • Inline 50amp manual resetting circuit breaker
    • 8 gauge power leads with crimped and soldered terminal for connection to the battery
    • Integrated LVCO (Low-Voltage-Cut-Off) circuit that detects the battery voltage and will cut-off at 10.6VDC and cuts-back in at 12.4VDC so there is enough juice to start your vehicle in case you left an accessory on!!!
    • Fuse for LVCO which can be removed to bypass the LVCO

    It's supposed to start raining on and off tomorrow they say a little bit today but we'll see. No I've never had that problem with people starting new threads and getting notifications on them unless people have tagged you on the threads

    Morning Folks! Got a little story :anonymous:......

    On the way to Black Mountain I was informed that my left rear running light wasnt working....I thought, oh well its LED and still under warranty. I'll just take it to Toyota to fix it....Well I got back and made an appt to drop the truck off. Dropped the truck off for a few hours and when he called to tell me it was ready to go I asked "what did they have to do..." He said "oh we just replaced the bulb" :anonymous::anonymous::anonymous:

    Needless to say...I felt like a complete idiot....turns out they're not LED. :deadhorse:
