Can you guys recommend what to use to take care of the interior dash etc... The only product I ever used was Armor All and I don't care for the finish it leaves. Went to the parts store and there was just too many to choose from so I thought I would ask the experts. Thanks for the input.

you'll probably get the 303 aerospace recommendation but it's a pain to find.

I'd like some more accessible interior cleaner recommendations too.

Moved your thread over to the right forum and I would use a damp rag and some 303 Protectant....Good protection and not that greasy feel of armorall.

Absolutely! 303 aerospace is going to be the best you can get. Plenty of online stores have it available. Order the 32oz size and it'll last you plenty long if you're only maintaining the one vehicle.
Another option if you order online is Optimum Leather Protectant. Very similar to 303 aerospace in the finish it leaves behind. It just has a slightly thicker consistency.

I use an armor all wipe for windows for the dash because I am not a fan of the finish that the "interior wipes" leave the window wipes leave a clean and not oily finish.

Go to a Marine store such as West Marine and they should have it. People use it for the vinyl on the seats of boats.

I found 303 at the first boatshop I visited today. Solely got it for my tonneau cover, but you guys are saying it's great for interior cleaning too?

I got the '303 Aerospace Protectant SPF 40' and I saw there were other 303 products so I just wanted to make sure the one I got is the one you guys are saying good for interior detailing.

I use Turtle Wax Ice interior or Meguiars Quik Detailer. They both work great if you clean the interior on a fairly regular basis. Fast too.

Yes, 303 Aerospace is best used for your dash and doors (ie: vinyl surfaces). Dont, however, use it on fabric, like your cloth seats.

i use meguires. i'm a big fan of theirs for almost ten years. leaves a more natural look to it instead of the greasy look. and also they have different products that leave a different amount of shine so there's gonna be something to fit your wants.

Optimum Leather Protectant works really well on plastic trim.

    303 is great as well.

OMG, don't use "goof off" to remove adhesive residue from your 09 Tac. dash... it will remove the dash coating like a scratch off lottery ticket coating.... I had a back up after market camera installed, it was so lame, too small and ineffective ... got tired of it and removed the viewer from the dash, it was aggressively attached making a struggle to detach, the base pad left a silver dollar sized patch of adhesive, so out came the "goof off" off and off came a coating from the dash, it looks like Toyota may have painted the light gray dash with a darker color, paint (?) which came off with some rubbing... now there is an ugly lighter color patch where the back up camera use to perch.... don't make the mistake I made...

Good to know.. sorry to hear about that man. Have you tried using "Back to Black" or some of those cleaning products. i.e 303 or even Armorall. It might not fix it perfectly but might make it blend in better. I'll never stick anything to the dash.
