    I might be depending on what the actual cost may be. I have an extra intake manifold in my garage that I bought a while back that I thought about doing this with once I had some extra $$$ to do so.

    Let me be like @Torspd and buy an AC/DC Tig welder. Then I can make an efr mani and front facing intake. I have these annoying 10in coilovers in the way of everything. Nothing can stick out wider than the frame. Chopping up a stock mount is what I would do too. Keeps price down.

    Tor is there any biasing that needs to happen when doing a front facing intake or can you pretty much add as muh flow with all equal length/design tubes as you can fit and the engine will pull to each cylinder equally from there?

    My mazdaspeed has a front facing intake and someone flow tested it. They balance out well just fine until you get up to the really high air flows. Then you start getting some cylinder imbalance. That is why you have that large plenum. Lot of oem motors have the throttle body off to the side. If you make a plenum a bit larger than stock and keep the runner the same diameter you should make some pretty big power and still have good cylinder balance. Too big you get poor bottom end throttle response.

    I costs in my head is getting expensive quick. At least no trigger pulling yet.
