Nah, he's right two of the holes are slotted so you can just loosed those bolts and pull the bracket out from under them.

I don't have an easy way to draw a picture, so I stole someone elses pic. Yes I know it is an aftermarket bumper but the stock one mounts the same way. See, a slot and a hole, remove the bolts from the hole and loosen the ones in the slot.

When has that ever stopped anyone on TW? Real talk though, I've been going through LT kits night and day comparing and such, what was the end all be all that made you go with the MCM kit?

Price and quality of work. Sucker is so damn beefy and it's made to fit the ads shocks. Which I think are the best shocks you can get

I like the ADS shocks option too, and after seeing all the positive reviews I figure no matter what kit I get I'll have some ADS made. But the SOLO XLT kit was calling me as well because of the lower and upper uniballs and fully fabbed spindle with D44 outers. Seemed kinda bulletproof paired with some 10" ADS, I cannot for the life of me figure out how they got it to cycle a total of 18" while still being 4WD (CVs and all) but I also don't think I'll need that much travel ever, just liked the beef factor of the rest of the kit.

Yeah I think that would be the only other option I'd go for. Hard to swallow the price though. And if you go for the xlt kit which to me is totally pointless unless you 4 link the rear...then you might as well cage it while your fitting 10" shocks and back half in it for 4 link.

And then you pull a Jon and never finish it haha

Not sure that's the game plan for you or not. But the normal lt kit by solo would be nice...but again. With the fabbed spindle it a 7k kit.....before shocks.

Is it worth it? Idk. I've thought about switching to it to get rid of the ball joints myself. But honestly. Mine works really freaking good. So not sure I'll both. A lot of money.

I'm know I wouldn't go for the xlt kit unless I knew exactly what I was going for...which really is a race truck at that point not an adventure rig.
