    Never messured lol. It makes it so your not knocking the shit outta the bottom of your u bolts on the axle. Puts the threaded part on top of the axle.

    Unfortunately, no....floating holidays can only be had by management with my company...kinda bullshit if you ask me but oh well I reckon.

    What is overtime? God, I would give anything to get overtime! I had 4 hours extra a couple weeks ago and they said I could either donate that 4 hours as free worked hours to the company or leave early on Friday....Ive been contemplating a late evening part time job lately to make some quick extra moolah...I just know any part time job will want me to work weekends and to be completely frank, fuck that...I worked part time and went to school and pay too much in student loans now to work weekends again. I didn't have a true day off for over 3 1/2 years with either school, work, or both:annoyed:

    yeah I don't get overtime either. thankfully I average like 45 hours a week during typical workloads, but then I have those weeks in proposal season where it's 60+ hour weeks and I get nothing...
