With burns, if it doesn't hurt, that's usually not a good thing at all!
I had to google fracture blister. I didn't even know that was a thing.

Yeah, neither did I. It was impressive when they roofed the things. Raspberry lemonade everywhere.

    That and they're nuts, obviously.

I'd be lying if I said that I hadn't wondered if some of these nutjobs were Bloomberg-funded, but that's dangerously close to being political so I'll refrain from expounding.

Sadly, because there is a growing population of people who are extremely stupid and impressionable. Also, I think there is a severe mental disconnect between cause and effect for a lot of people.

I have a theory.. a lack of empathy. Do you know what the word empathy means? It's literally feeling what someone else feels. Literally walking in someone elses shoes. Modern society is losing the ability to be empathetic to their fellow human being. It's all about "me" and no one else matters. In days past people actually cared what other people felt and thought because it was important. These days no one listens at all, but they sure want to be heard. We feign interest in other people only to support our own agenda. Marriage numbers are falling because people don't posses the ability to feel for others. People are staying single indefinitely. We don't date anymore, we shop for mates online, and that's only when we want them. Interpersonal relationships outside of romance are declining. We really are becoming George Orwell's 1984. We are creating a society of frustrated, narcissistic sociopaths that have no empathy. Just a theory anyway.

And there's a shortage of bare lightbulbs for people to sit under and write angry letters now. All that vitriol builds up.

But I think that you both are correct, hammer placed squarely on the nail. Combine it with divisive thinking and a media system that glorifies mass murderers (we're making movies about goddamn serial killers, for god's sake) and it's a bad bad recipe.

    Well said guys!

These are obviously people that have problems and I totally agree with what you guys all said about the matter. My theory has been that these are people that want to die but are too afraid to do it themselves so instead they think they are going to go out with a bang. To me they just blame others for their problems and want to get as many others as they can on their way out... Maybe like a giant death by cop kind of thing!

Its sicking, just absolutely sickening to me to think that the kids I helped come into this world are growing up with this!

I really can't imagine being a parent in this day and age, it's hard enough without all this bullshit that seems to happen with greater frequency.
