That's part if the reason I haven't been here. Too much shit talking.

You cool. Just be careful tightening them. You now have less thread bite on them and may eventually have to helicoil them.

Since this thread is alive and well I am wondering have any of you experences a shift flare from your automatic transmission from 4th to 5th gear? I haven’t had it in a while, but the other day I was driving in 4th and when I switched the gear selector over to 5th my rpms shot up from ~2200 rpm to 3100 pm then it shifted roughly. It happened twice then of course once I pulled the camera out it stopped doing it.

I am going to check my transmission fluid this weekend. I had the tranny flushed when the super was installed. Hard to blame one or the other at that point. Mod list is as follows:
    Magnuson SC w/ TRD Tune
    2.85 pulley
    AFE cold air intake
    JBA shortie headers
    Banks 3” catback
    Deatschwerks 255 lph fuel pump

I think that’s everything truck has just under 60,000 miles.

Come to think of it, it did it after the supercharger was installed then went away. Now I put the 2.85 pulley and fuel pump on <1000 miles ago, maybe it is learning how to handle it still.

Check the fluid for sure, but also,
Disconnect neg battery cable for 30min or so.
    Sometimes this helps.
