Love your setup dude! I so desperately want to buy that AT habitat, but since I just graduated college, it'll be awhile before I can afford to get that thing since I'm still paying off some loans lol. What's your IG if you don't mind me asking?

Electrical Plan currently to be installed. The goal will be to make the addition of a dual battery system fairly painless.

Not for everyone but bags are nice for adjusting the suspension side/side and front/back which can be helpful when parked in a notquitelevel spot. Definitely of limited use 4 wheeling though(not long travel), more just camping and load/tongue weight adjustments. I put Firestone RideRites on my AC and they work great.

FYI, Daystar makes air bag cradles which address the offroad travel issue by decoupling the bottom of the airbag from the axle so that at full droop there's no danger of damaging the bags. I've been running them for several years now with no issues, but then again my rig isn't long travel. The bags are great for adjusting between times that I'm carrying the camper or when I have an empty bed.

Thanks for the ideas and advice fellas. I totally agree on the long travel bit. As for my plans for my build, I tend to think of it like any of those 2in1 tools. It'll get the job done, but not quite as well as an item that is solely designed for a single purpose. If I wanted comfort, I'd get an RV or a trailer. If I wanted a rock crawler, there wouldn't be a habitat and it would be stripped down to nothing except torque and big tires. I'm shooting for a compromise. Something that gets me most places and takes care of most of the creature comforts.

Spent some time this past weekend visiting the folks and installing a Pelfreybilt Front Bumper. Still have some wiring to finish up as well as waiting on the Warn relocation kit for the control unit, but I'm pretty happy with the progress.

    This truck's alright I guess.

Looking forward to how you like the bumper after a few weeks to wring it out!

Damn... what a beauty! Do you keep the Habitat on at all times? Was it painted or wrapped? Would be pretty cool to see the bedside decal extending up to the Habitat just to tie it all together.

On all the time. Painted to match, I do want to do something with the decals and wrap in the future, but need time/money and other items have higher priority. Thanks for the compliments. Suspension and tires come next, then rear bumper.

A few pics from the tacomas at 4wheelparts opening, and my lights complete and winch spooled. Good weekend overall, great to meet everybody.

I'm sure you get this all the time but that Habitat topper is awesome! Do you feel any wind drag?
