    Not cheap, but I love it. It's like half air and half foam. I'm gonna try it in the ground tent this trip.

    Agreed. That's why I spent a good bit of money on my bedding at home. If I'm sleeping on it every night, I better love it.

    Not sure where you were headed with this. I've been posting about this house quite a bit. Kindly reference Joe's quote below. Keep up if you are trying to put something like this trip together.

    :rolleyes:

    If you don't have a cap, you should go in on this house! :D winter is coming. It's getting to freezing temperatures at night now. Kindly references Joe's quote below.

    :rolleyes:

    Alright, deets on this house...
    First of all, go here and look https://www.access2adventures.com/ The rates are listed on the website, but I will reiterate them here. For UP TO and INCLUDING 4 people, it will be 180$ per night. If there is more than 4 people, then for every person after 4 people ,it will be 35$ per person per night. Some examples... If theres 3 people the price per person will be $60 per night. If theres 4 people, the price will be $45 per night per person. If there is 10 people, the price PER PERSON will be 39$ per night. I won't show my work for these maths.

    The house sleeps 16 people as per @loosnut . Each person will have their own bed. It's a house so that means there's civilized bathrooms (think shower) and an actual kitchen. I can bring a Keurig coffee maker and a regular 12 cup coffee maker. I can also bring a dozen (or however many we need) eggs and some TAYLOR HAM (@Grand dude) and bacon or whatever. Pancakes are a possibility. Something easy and fulfilling. I make a mean taylor ham (porkroll for you Pennsylvania folks) egg, and cheese sandwich

    This house is 5 minutes from AOAA.

    PEOPLE CURRENTLY IN ON THIS:

    @Redmann
    @Subway4X4
    @Roody
    @crazychris4124

    I will be calling the owner TOMORROW, Friday November 10th to find out about a better rate. The rates above are worst case. I asked him on Monday if we could get a better rate, since no one has booked that weekend yet and we are coming in last minute. He asked for a head count back on Monday, hence me furiously posting about this house over the last 3 days to no avail.

    I haven't reached out to my buddies up in Scranton yet, but I'm hoping they come. It's possible four of them would come, but in all likelyhood, one will, maybe two. I imagine they would also sleep in the house. That being said, don't count on them to be there. They can be flakey and this is last minute for them.

    If anyone has questions about money and payment, in an effort to make this easier (I may be asking for trouble here) I can cover everyone's "rent". I accept Cash, PayPal, Venmo. Once we have a headcount, you will know what the cost will be. At most, it's 45 per night per person. At the cheapest, its under $40 per night per person. We are splitting this evenly. If you're taking a bed, you have to pay. If you're sleeping on the floor in an uncivilized manor like @Blackout14 you still have to pay. Like I said, I can cover the deposit and final payment, but don't make me regret this. I expect to be paid back at the event, not next week or when you get paid. We're all adults, bring cash or get with me for paypal or venmo.

    If anyone has other questions, PM me, tag me, text me (include your screen name please) 267 975 9339. Hey, email works too! redmannmark@gmail.com

    I enjoyed the shit out of this place last weekend when I was there.
    Home cooked breakfast,lunch on the trail, dinner at the house was nice. I know subway is making his feist for Saturday night but this place was nice to stay at.

    I was busting balls. I'm sticking with the tent site. But thanks for putting up alternate sleeping arrangements.
