    As long as my truck is all ready to go with the new lift and tires and the weather isn’t ridiculously hot I’m gonna try and make it! Only 2wd open diff still wanna atleast come hangout and cruise around where I can.

    Nope. Still haven't replaced the busted CV from the Camp & Ride. I'll be avoiding Hardrock for a while. I'm still a bit gun shy after my last experience there, haha. Need to spend some money on a new front bumper instead of spending it on repairs to parts that Hardrock ate.

    On a separate note.... is there anyone or someone who knows anyone in the Gainesville/Jax/Tampa/Orlando area who would be able/willing to help me change the clutch in my first gen? It's started slipping and not sure how long it's gonna last. Don't really have the stuff to drop the transmission myself. Payment can be made in a variety of forms (preparing for jokes :anonymous:).

    Um...what stuff do you need to drop a transmission? I dropped mine by myself with a floor jack. I installed the new clutch and then @SpruceTaco and Rick came over and helped me put the transmission back in with a floor jack. Only thing I needed that I really didn't have (so I went and bought at HF) was an impact swivel socket and a long 1/2" drive impact extension, and I probably could have done without them but they made the job a lot easier.

    Also, when you do the clutch, plan on having your flywheel turned at a machine shop. The OGT only had 180k on it and the flywheel was pretty rough.

    I’m not 100% sure if I’ll be making it yet. It’s all gonna come down to if my tires and lift are on the truck by then. I got the approval from the warden though so that’s a big step haha. If we do come in pretty sure it Would be for both nights.
