    I'll have to check that out. I just double dredged it in seasoned flour with an egg and milk dip.

    Husband inquired about it (he loves pickles) and I’m not sure where to start - except for google...

    Take a Beef Bulgogi (Korean BBQ) marinade (found online) and soak chicken wings overnight and cook them on the grill.

    I make it. Very easy. Start with flat sliced steaks - flank steak work good. I have used "minute steaks" also but it is not as good as flank steak. Spread some mustard on it, and layer bacon and onions, and a pickle, and roll it. Secure with a toothpick. Fry the rolls in butter in a skillet. you can eat it just like that, or make a thin gravy and simmer it in that for a while.
    I also sometimes change it up a little and wrap the bacon on the outside instead of inside, but I think the traditional recipe is to have it inside the steak roll.

    The photos are with bacon outside and not simmered (not traditional recipe). Also added some bbq sauce and grilled it. I don't have a picture of traditional ones. Bradenton-20130714-00048.jpg Bradenton-20130714-00050.jpg
