You understand they’re being made in China for pennies on the dollar, and that $140 doesn’t buy you an OEM grille, yes?

It’s $6 worth of Guangdong plastic.

Yeah, it’s the quality of the part that’s concerning me

I’m sure it’s on par for imported plastic. :D

It's through eBay, and they accept PayPal which you can use your credit card through....That's three layers of protection for the buyer. Now I'm not condoning knock off crap, but if someone wanted to try one out, what's the risk?

CaliRaised is selling their “brand” of Chinese TRD Pro grille for $250 and pics are out. So, you kinda see what you’re getting.

    Bahahahahaw ....
I like to see the face of those who paid $500+ for their pro grill.
(OP, few days back there was a post where someone said a lot of chinese made faux pro grills are now hitting the market, they are all the same. considering how cheap Toyota is, I bet the OEM is china made too)

Yeah true, but for someone one a budget who doesn't mind a replica part, saving $250 might be worth giving it a shot.

    No doubt.

If it were my wallet, I'd hedge my bet on CaliRaised and save $200 instead of $250. The pics are out, finish is actually nicer than OEM and the fitment is great. At least then you get to complain at or get refunded through a domestic, english speaking company.

They still suck, though. They post pics of the grill installed, but don't have any pics of the back of the grill, or other obvious things they should have if they had it in hand yet. All but the most lame shit entrepreneur would have basics covered for new product launches, even if it's bootleg from China like the rest of your line up.

LOL true, the worst of all is the fact that all the pictures installed are an actual Tacoma TRD Pro.....which I'm guessing is am OEM grille and not their product.

It has a 14 day money back guarantee. I'm going to bet that the cali raised and van kulture guys found a Chinese manufacture of these grilles and are turning around and flipping them for $250 and now the manufacture is just selling them directly and cutting out the middle man.

If I didn't buy one off ebay for about 350 I'd buy that one

Ordered. I'll let you know how it fits. No way I was going to pay $400 for a grill, but at $140 delivered....why not.

I'm positive nobody will be able to tell the difference. I bought a "Fong Ho" grill for my Mercedes and it was 100% identical.

    Just ordered this version: https://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-Toyota...ash=item238de0f579:g:UOwAAOSwy~BZ7~vb&vxp=mtr

Look, $400 for an OEM piece of plastic is insane. This should maybe cost $60 bucks from Toyota and they will still make a Hefty profit.- $400 for an anodized aluminum version I can see.

For $140, this is still overpriced for what you get and any vendor will be making a nice profit. I'm willing to take some risk on as I imagine that all of these come from the same exact factory in china.
