No kidding! I followed your advice though and camped near Mt. Emily off the summit road exit last Thursday night. Pulled in around 12:30am and was back on the road by 6:00 Friday morning. I never heard any wolfs but I woke up twice from a scream that I suspect came from some large mountain cat? Not sure..but it definitely didn’t sound like a wolf. Thanks again for the suggestion on a camping spot. After putting just over 3k miles on the truck we just teturned home today.

Nothing like the lullaby of a screaming lion! I have a tag, might head up there in the morning and see if I can cut some kitty tracks in the fresh snow.

I thought I would share a few pictures of the drive. These are all from western Colorado.

Looking at options for 2-3" lift on my 2017 DCSB. Any recommendations for shops in the Portland to Wilsonville area?

I got mine from Accessory Outfitters in Beaverton/Aloha (185th & TV Highway) and Brian took good care of my questions and needs and the work seems top notch so far.

Wheeler's off road is a great option, they're pretty far south from you but still in Oregon, last time I talked to them (2013) they weren't doing shop work, but they still have a great website and you might save on some on shipping. @YotaDan

Edit: They can do coilover assemblies.

Edit#2: According to their website, it looks like they have a third party shop that does professional installations, however, coilover swaps aren't difficult, especially with helping hands and/or someone who has done it before.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Metal tech 4x4 is in Newberg. They're a bit more spendy, and typically do most work on FJs. But still worth looking into.

Unfortunately Yotadan is no longer with wheelers off road and I'm not sure who took over for him as TW rep. I do recommend their shop for suspension purchase. Tax free and fast shipping with great customer service.

As for shops you can try like the folks have mentioned: Metaltech in Newberg and Accessory Outfitters in Aloha. There's also Superior Off road up in Gresham. No experience with them but I drive by them when going snowboarding. Or you can join the TW NW Expedition crew, meet up with them, and join them for a mod day (my recommendation) :)

Does anyone have a lead on an entry level hospital job or Costco job in Salem? Looking for something good in the area that will work with my school schedule. Thanks in advance!
