Are there optional fuel tank sizes on Tundras?

Just curious, do the fasteners for these have to be tightened down? I know the original ones have little clips loosely holding them on.

I was just going to install with new xmas tree clips. I think these take 8mm ones.

The top are bolts, the bottoms are clips.

I don't think too tight, I can still move them around when they are in there, I would tighten then down and then back off of them so they are not squeezing the rubber.

I have yet to find christmas trees that work with them these honestly...

    Thanks for doing that! :fistbump:

Which brings me to my next question... who has an open seat and wants their lunch paid for tomorrow? :D

I can meet anywhere, but I’m right off 114/377 if anyone takes that route

She is so tired of hearing about my truck! Im not allowed to talk about it to her anymore...
But she is getting used to it.

I put mine in with those two-piece clips where you insert the female one in first, and then the male one twists in. I should check for those butthole-looking cracks yours have.

Oh just a nobody that got tagged a 1000 times in this thread! Haha.

Side story, one of my tires kept getting low so i took it to discount today... i had dirt between the wheel and tire preventing a good seal... only went down to 20 on the last trip. everything is good now.
