    IDK what that is. I had to do the figure this shit out as you go program starting back in '88. They gave us classes from Cat to attend but you still had to self teach alot

    Its a school program that Caterpillar came out with about 15 years or so ago. Basically you get hired by a dealer and spend the next two years going to school two months at a time and then working two months at a time.

    Sounds like a good idea all they did back then was hire young fellas from diesel college. They were ok with engines but everything else they had their heads up their asses
