    Yep were nearly posting at the same time. Right now Monday - Saturday I do an Ab workout 30 mins, and swim a 1000 yards. Monday, Wednesday and Friday I add a run of around 4 miles and lift weights. Going to keep this up till atleast Feb, hopeful for no holiday gain.

    @ChadsPride what app do you use? When I run outside rare now, I'm using run keeper. It does a good job. Has a basic free level and then you pay for upgrades.

    Got my truck back alignment fixed yesterday as well as a couple rim threw some weights. It got all over the place last few weeks. Tire shop didn't believe me. When I came back they didn't even try to charge me. Told them the alignment was out again and I believed the right front pass tire was out of balance. Guess who was right. They also found the back driver's side tire was a little out of balance. Hope these 3rd gen OR rims aren't a problem.
