Its just too much oil smoke it bellows out from the truck at a stop but i ordered the gasket and grommets they come Wed.

 

Once you pull it apart you'll probably see something obvious like a giant chunk missing.

you dont need gasket maker with new gaskets. id avoid that shit except to put a dab to hold the gasket in place.

id do the latter with both to catch can and vta there. avoid any chance of spraying oil out the valve cover breather.

 

Why does the torque start dippin so bad at ~4500 rpm?

 

Probably motor starving for air.

Yeah but there are other restrictions limiting high rpm air flow I believe its on a stock throttle body then depends on his exhaust size as well... also his turbo could of basically hit the point of diminishing efficiency

 

If using HP, why the heck are they using Nm for torque?!?!?!

 

It doesn't. It is actually quite flat.

 

I just saw ~150 from peak till the end but it does rev to 6k and i have no idea how much a nm is in relation to ft/lb

if anyone knows where to find a 97 3.4 auto 4x4 ecu let me know. urd recommends i use one even when running a piggyback. cant seem to find exact one i need though.
