So I finished installing a set of 5100 Billies w/887 coils, LR UCA, & AAL in rear. I took it to Firestone and paid for the lifetime alignment (mistake?). Can somebody chime in and tell me if these numbers are OK?

Looks good and I've done thousands of them. Why are you asking?

When I received the printout. I mentioned to the tech that the UCA was aftermarket and that he could move the balljoint around to play with the caster & camber if needed. His response “I didn’t even see that, I’ve never even heard of that style control arm.” o_O

What tires are you running? Personally id prefer a little more caster if you are on oversized tires, and for left and right to be identical, but it's fine and within spec. Lifetime firestone alignment is what I always use on non performance road cars.

So 31~32" tires, Then caster is probably perfect.

Your good with the specs and what your running. Having a good alignment tech is hard to come by. Especially with a life time warranty alignment the tech doesn't get paid the full amount so he tries to toe and go it most of the time. Or make the sensors dance. Not stating this is what happen, but it looks good.

camber and tow closest to zero as possible. Caster 3 or more is best - better tracking

Twice camber? At 0 or 3?
Am I good or work on it again? Just finished rear axle alignment, close to 0 now tracking straight on truck long axis.

Yours looks pretty good. my caster is at 3.2 however if I was gonna run 285/70r17 would bump it up to where you are. It should be fine. Best to take it for a ride.

Caster is high for a 32" tire. Factory spec is around 2.0; you should be be at about 2.3.
Keep an eye on inside tire wear; you added a lot of positive scrub with that wheel/tire size. You might need more positive toe(toe-in).

So op asked if the lifetime firestone alignment was worth it. Any more comments on that as I am debating whether to go that route one day. Thoughts on the dealership alignmnets ?

I got the lifetime alignment after installing 6112/5160’s + AAL and I think it’s well worth it. After re-torquing and driving about 1k miles my steering was a little off. I had it redone and my caster and toe had changed and were out of spec. I will probably need to replace the needle bearing eventually I need to get it aligned again. Right there it will have paid for itself and I can guarantee you I will need to get it done at least more than one time during the lifetime of the truck.

Nope, your caster is not good - my caster is at +3 on my truck but I have a lift. Toe and camber needs to be as close to 0 as possible, your toe and camber are okay. Do you have a lift?
