I have a 1200lb clutch and it is nice and firm but not too tough, and around 900lb is stock I believe. 1600 wouldn't be too bad I think but you'll feel it in your leg for sure, I'd think about getting a better shift fork too, they're just stamped steel.

Hmm, ya know I'm not too sure, I'd think there would be some options from Supras because they use a transmission from the same family. Funny enough you can find suparas with w series trannies and r series so there should be options for both out there.

I was thinking you could gusset the oe fork and clearance the transmission case a little if necessary.

I've seen a few in different vehicles but haven't broken a Taco ones yet. Just looks dinky and it is pretty long so I could see it bending with more force on it.

Destroyed a 300ZX one with a friend tho.

I love em but but I wouldn't mind putting some nice rims on the Cruiser and then migrating the cruiser stockers to the Taco. My F5s have too much trail rash to look decent on the perfectly clean cruiser.

Yea I feel you, I was actually looking for a set of stock cruiser wheels, I like the look of them. My brother had a '95 LC for a brief time and I kept telling him I wanted the damn wheels but he wouldn't give em to me, he later sold the whole truck for $600

If my wheels weren't custom painted (ghetto back yard paint job) and I didn't already have 5 with tires I'd consider it. Plus they're 17" - what size are your F5's?

F5s are 16" bummer I'd do that trade even with ghetto paint haha, but I can't use any of my tires on 17" rims.

The cruiser wheels are nice, nothing too fancy looking. Everyone keeps telling me they'd look better painted black but I think they would look great painted Anthracite since all the accents on the rest of it are that color.

Time to start missing leg day lol. Yeah I could see that since they're a bent sheet metal lever they could get some fatigue over time. I'm thinking some 1/4" strips could make them way more durable and the gussets could be modified where the lever goes through the casing. I just finished sanding mine down and painting it though plus I don't want to pay someone else to do it. Once I have a welder that'll be stuff I satart doing and probably add hundreds of pounds of overkill to my truck lol.

I don't want to buy new tires and wheels for a good little while either. They are a pain in the wallet. I got good deals on my wheels from them being mismatched blemishes that Vin discounted heavily since I bought 5. My tires were CL specials. Still it came out to almost $1800. At least my driveway ornament has some bling. Lol
